Apple Festival Royalty

Queen
Tayler Williams
Hello everyone, my name is Tayler Williams and I am the 2025 Jackson Apple Festival Queen. I am the sixteen year old daughter of Morgan and Misty Wiliams, and a younger sister to Tucker. I attend Jackson High School, where I am on track for Valedictorian status. In addition, I am a three year member of both the varsity and competition cheerleading squads. I am a member of an array of student organizations where I hold the following leadership positions: Yearbook Editor, Interact Board Member, Social Media and Marketing Lead for JHS Media, FCA and Leos Club Class Representative, Women in Business Founder and Officer, DFCA Ambassador, Student Council Vice President, BPA Regional Parliamentarian, JHS BPA Historian, Southeast Ohio Model United Nations Staffer, YIG Judicial Delegate, and a Class Officer for the Junior Class. I was also selected to represent my high school at the iBelieve Youth Leadership Workshop, the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar, Summer@Brown, and as a Joyce Ivy Foundation Scholar. Furthermore, I am a co-founder of ‘Spreading Joy to the Elderly’ – a project started in attempts to give back to the less fortunate elderly community residing in Jackson County. After graduation, I plan to attend the University of North Carolina where I will dual-major in Journalism and Advertising/Public Relations. I hope to one day work for a professional sports team and utilize my strengths in order to market their program. In my spare time, I find joy in hanging out with my best friends, traveling to new places, attending youth group at Elevate Ministries, baking, reading, gymnastics, and working at Broadway Blooms. As queen, I have enjoyed every minute of spreading the support of our tight knit community and advocating for what small town, rural Ohio has to offer. I plan to commit the rest of my reign to continuing this action, and giving back to those who have assisted me along the way. I am beyond thankful for Emily, Sophie, and Emma who I get to experience this year with. I will forever cherish the memories we have made and the ones we have yet to encounter. It is truly a gift to have the opportunity to represent this slice of Ohio and the Appalachian region in the town I’ve been rooted in my whole life. I hope you all love the 84th Apple Festival to its core and enjoy every ferris wheel and apple thrill.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way-your encouragement means the world. I can’t wait to see what this year’s festival brings, and I look forward to celebrating all things apple with each of you!
