Jackson Apple Festival Booth Contract

"This booth rental agreement is for vendors who have been approved by the Jackson Area Festival & Events (JAFE) organization. If you have not received approval, please do not complete this form. Approved vendors must submit the completed contract and payment by August 15, 2025 to secure booth space."

Rules & Regulations Agreement 

The following must be acknowledged before submitting:

  • I understand my booth must be decorated by 11:00 AM on opening day.

  • I understand that certain food items (hot sandwiches, beans, cornbread, chicken noodles) are prohibited unless approved.

  • I agree not to tear down my booth before 11:00 PM on Saturday.

  • I will provide a 40BC 10lb fire extinguisher (and “K” extinguisher if deep fryers are used).

  • I agree to follow all booth structure and safety rules, including no open flames, no PA systems, no obstructions, and proper booth covering.

  • I understand that failure to comply may result in forfeiture of my booth without refund.

    • 🔵 For-Profit – $250 per booth
